CHRISTMAS SHIPPING OPTIONS
We will be shipping UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Select packages, including free ground shipping, to all US destinations through Dec. 14th for arrival by Christmas. Please be aware that our Flat Rate Shipping Option is a Ground shipment and will require 2-7 days to reach its destination based on your delivery location relative to our distribution center in Washington State (see the Ground Shipping Map below).
After Dec. 15th please select from the options listed below to ensure that your package will arrive for Christmas. Please note that the transit times listed below are business days unless otherwise specified and that all orders must be placed by 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time the date of your order or it will be shipped the next business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TRANSIT TIMES
Orders can be shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail delivery and by UPS Ground and Expedited Services. You will be presented with a list of shipping options and associated rates during the checkout process. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected, your address, the number and weight of the items in your shopping cart and the dimensions of the shipping carton required to ship your order. The shipping costs and transit times associated with the various delivery options can be compared prior to confirming an order by using the “Estimate Shipping” link at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. We have no control over and will not be held responsible for delays in transit times and/or added custom and excise charges for orders being shipped out of the United States.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Products held in our regular stock are shipped the same day for most orders placed before 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (business days). USPS Express Mail, UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select orders received Mon. – Fri. before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will always be shipped on the same day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays will be shipped the next business day. All shipping methods offered are traceable with a tracking number which is provided to the customer upon confirmation of shipping (a valid e-mail address must be provided with the order by the customer).
Customers will be notified immediately of any shipping delays or if an ordered product is for any reason unavailable. Custom orders and back ordered products will be shipped via a prearranged method and date of delivery.
FLAT RATE AND FREE GROUND SHIPPING
All orders up to $75.00 in value qualify for our Flat Rate ground shipping option at the all-inclusive rate of $9.75 per shipment. If your merchandise total is $75 or more, you will be offered the Free Shipping option on the checkout page where you make your shipping method selection. Orders placed using the Flat Rate and Free Shipping options will be shipped by ground methods only using either UPS Ground or the USPS Parcel Select services. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories, and PO Boxes will only be shipped via USPS Parcel Select service.
The Ground Shipping map below shows the transit times in business days for shipments originating from our distribution center in Washington State. Since orders placed before 7pm Eastern Time are shipped the SAME DAY, the transit times shown on this map are the actual number of business days it will take for you to receive your order from the day it was placed. The transit time for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories is typically 12-15 days. Transit times and shipping charges associated with other methods of delivery, including USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail delivery and UPS Expedited services (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) can be compared prior to completing your order by clicking on the “Estimate Shipping” button at the bottom of your shopping cart.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Incorrectly entered address information may unnecessarily delay your order or cause it to be undeliverable. Please enter your ship to address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check it for accuracy.
If shipping to a post office box address, please enter the box number as “PO BOX” followed by the number. If you’re a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency such as The UPS Store), do not use the word “Box” for your mailbox number. Instead, use the pound sign (#) or the abbreviation of “PMB” (Private Mail Box). This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a PO Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
When entering an APO or FPO address, please enter “APO” or “FPO” as the City and the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed as the State. Typically, but not always, the code is “AE” for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; “AA” for recipients stationed in the Americas; and “AP” for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Always select “United States” as the Country regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority Mail. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped, but some destinations may take up to 21 days. Sorry, we have no control over these transit times.
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund less shipping charges to the customer. Given that accurate contact information was provided with the order, we will also contact the customer within 24 hours to determine if they still wish to purchase the items that were returned and to obtain new or corrected shipping information. All reshipped orders will be charged the original shipping fee or a newly assessed fee if changes are made to the original order.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed or the tracking information provided by the carrier indicates that your package can not be delivered, please contact us and we will investigate the reason for the delayed delivery and work with you to resolve the issue. Most carriers will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver’s discretion to determine if it is safe to leave a package when no one is present to accept the delivery. Signature required deliveries will never be left without the driver obtaining a valid signature. Drivers are required to leave a failed delivery notice with each attempted delivery. After three failed delivery attempts the package will be returned to us and we will initiate the undeliverable package process described above.
SHIPPING REFUNDS AND DELIVERY DATE FAILURES
Shipping refunds for delivery date failures are only available for USPS Express and UPS Expedited services where a signature is required for delivery. For all other methods of shipping we will do our best to get your order to you within the advertised time frame but can not guarantee a specific date for delivery. Exceptions: Shipping refunds will not be issued for delivery date failures when the reason for the delay results from a situation that is beyond our control, including but not limited to invalid, incorrect, or incomplete ship-to address information provided by the customer, carrier rescheduling, failed delivery attempts, inclement weather, and natural or man-made disasters.
