It’s easy to shop online with Olde English Crackers. Start by clicking on the Shop button on our main menu bar to view a listing of the various product categories that are available. Click on any of these product categories to see a listing of the included products. Some product categories are further divided into subcategories to assist you in narrowing your shopping interests. You can also use the SEARCH feature at the top right of any page to search for something in particular. Once you have found something you would like to order follow the three steps below to place your order.

Step One: Make Your Selections.

Enter the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and then click on the green “Add to Cart” button which appears next to the item and quantity you have selected. Depending on the item you are purchasing you may have other options to complete such as a color, style, etc. Be sure you make these selections carefully. The Shopping Cart will not let you add a product until you have made all the required selections.

As soon as you click the “Add to Cart” button you’ll be presented with a confirmation that the item has been added to your shopping cart and the option to view your cart. At this point you can either view your shopping cart or continue shopping. When viewing your cart you will see a listing of the price, quantity and total cost of each product you wish to order. Here you can review and adjust the quantity of each item in your cart or remove an item entirely by entering “0” for the quantity. When you adjust a products quantity be sure to click on the “Update Cart” button or your changes will not be registered. Also on this page you have the option to enter any discount coupon codes that you may have.

Once you have reviewed your order and adjusted quantities as needed, you have the option to again continue shopping (click on the “Shop” button again on the main menu bar) or checking out (click on the green “Proceed to Checkout” button).

Step Two: Check Out (Select Shipping & Payment Options)

When you have finished adding products to your cart and are ready to checkout, click on the green “Checkout” button. At the top of the Checkout page you will be given the option to log-in if you are a returning customer and have set up an account. To log-in you will need to enter your user name (usually your email address) and your password. If you are a new customer, simply fill out the Billing Details and Shipping Address, if different from your billing address, and add any comments about your order (e.g., delivery instructions) in the “Order Notes” box located below the shipping information. Below your Billing Details you will be given the option to create an account. Enter a password to set up an account or simply proceed to checkout as a one time guest. Below your order information you will be presented with the various shipping options available for your order. Click on the shipping option you prefer and make note of the total charges for your order including shipping cost. Finally click on the payment option you prefer. We accept personal checks and the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed here. If you choose to pay by check please send your payment to the address shown. If you are paying with a credit card please enter the Card Number, Expiration Date and Card Verification Number if applicable in the spaces provided. If the shipping address you’ve chosen is not the billing address for your credit card account, please be sure to enter the billing address for this account in the “Billing Details” section.

Step Three: Review & Confirm Order.

Finally, please double check to make sure that your order and all the billing and shipping details you have entered are accurate. This is your last opportunity to change any of this information. When you are finished simply click on the “Place Order” button to submit your order. You will be presented with a screen confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation page is your receipt. It provides you with an order number, date, payment method, and your order and customer details. You will also receive an email from us with this same information including a link on how to check on the status of your order.
