SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TRANSIT TIMES
Orders can be shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail delivery and by UPS Ground and Expedited services. The shipping costs and transit times associated with the various delivery options can be compared prior to placing an order by using the "Estimate Shipping" link at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Products held in our regular stock are shipped the same day. Customers will be notified immediately of any shipping delays or if an ordered product is for any reason unavailable. Custom orders and back ordered products will be shipped via a prearranged method and date of delivery.
USPS Express Mail, UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select orders received Mon. – Fri. before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will always be shipped on the same day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays will be shipped the next business day. A tracking number will be e-mailed (valid e-mail address must be provided on order form) for all FedEx Ground and Expedited deliveries and for USPS Express Mail deliveries. All orders shipped via Express/Expedited services are guaranteed for day of delivery. Delivery failures resulting from poor weather conditions are not covered. Products must be returned in good condition in order to be eligible for a refund based on day of delivery failure.
FLAT RATE AND FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING
Orders up to $60.00 in value will ship anywhere in continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories excluded) for one low all-inclusive rate of $13.85. Orders over $60.00 in value will receive free ground shipping. Please refer to the chart below to determine transit time of your UPS Ground shipment.
Christmas Shipping Options
We will be shipping UPS Ground packages, including free ground shipping, to all US destinations through Dec. 17th for arrival by Christmas. After Dec. 17th please select from the options listed below to ensure that you package will arrive for Christmas.
